INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Position Summary Qualified candidates contact business customers via the telephone to sell telecommunications services. Transactions are completed on the phone and verified by an independent Quality Control organization. Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for a monthly quota.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities · Achieve assigned sales quotas, productivity targets and product line targets within your assigned geographical area. · Communicate and verbally convey applications, concepts and benefits of tangible and intangible products sold over the phone. · Manage a lead generation database. · Maintain an orderly and organized work environment on a daily basis. · Contribute to a professional sales atmosphere through positive interaction with sales associates and customers. · Contribute to the goals established for the sales team while meeting individual goals. · Meet defined standards of sales practices and ethics, ensuring the quality of each presentation and sale. Strive to continuously improve sales ability and work habits.
Necessary Knowledge and Skills · High School diploma preferred. · Selling experience, preferably in an inside sales environment. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
